Shower temperature control is nearly impossible, with a frustratingly slow hot water process!!! The noise level from the street is unbearable at night!!!

The room I booked was a smelly bedroom which had to be cleaned and available with see view. The breakfast was savoury on a half board basis, all the food was high quality. The pool was great and I had cold drinks in the sky bar. Got extra bed when I needed. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Dubai Marina Mall.

The rooms were both immaculate, stunning, complete with the greatest view ever, a fruit basket, as for instance. Everything was very good and the staff were attentive and top-class. Had central location in taxi's.

Nice location, Friendly staff, exellent value for money, clean apartment, I was given up grade to two bed aprt with asking for it, free and reachable parking lot, the place surrounded with very nice restaurants.

The location offers easy access to the beach and vibrant city life, with a clean room that featured a comfy bed and daily replenished amenities. The staff was attentive. A highlight was a thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife, complete with decorations and a cake upon our return to the room, showcasing the team's dedication to guest satisfaction. Some areas could use a bit more attention to detail, such as timely service in a few instances and the need for improved communication during peak times.

The location of this hotel is excellent which is in the walking area of Jumairah beach. The concerge staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mr Abdul who did his efforts to provide help. Also the design of decoration is quite modern. Guests also can benefit from the private beach and pool of Hilton Jumairah Beach Hotel which is better and cleaner than the public beach.

I had experienced many problems during my stay. Starting from the date of my arrival, I booked a studio which is shown in Booked.net as a large space with two sofas, kitchen and balcony. However, when I arrived they gave me a single small room with a double bed and 2 chairs (Thats all). They claimed that this is their studio and the one in the Booked.net website is the delux studio. I did lots of efforts to take the delux studio because I paid my money to stay in the room that I saw in the website. Second, it is stated in the Booked.net page that there is Wi Fi in all rooms. That is not correct. The wifi is only in the lobby and guests must enter their names and room numbers everyday to use it. Third, most of the reception staff (not the concerge) were not friendly at all. TheIr English was not as good as expected from Hilton staff and they cannot manage to solve problems in short time. Finally, the breakfast buffet is horrible. No variety of food available, the food is the same everyday and the space is very small and usually full during the breakfast time.
